Are Fleur of England still open?
As an online business we are fortunate that for the moment we're able - and are being encouraged - to continue operating. This means that we are still open and it is business as normal.
How does COVID-19 affect my order?
For now, it is business as usual. The Fleur of England team are all working from home and we have a skeleton staff packing and shipping all of your orders in complience with public health guidance and social distancing.
*Please be aware that under advice from Royal Mail, deliveries to certain countries may take longer than normal due to a lack of available transport links and certain locations may require pick-up from your local post office.
Do you ship outside of the uk?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Please refer to our Delivery & Returns page for more information and to check the delivery costs for your country.
I don't live in The UK, how do I work out my Fleur Of England size?
Please browse our International Sizing page. Here you will find our size convertor for bras. Simply pop in your size and convert it to our Fleur of England UK size. There are also useful size charts for our soft pieces and bottoms. If you don't know your bra size please use our bra calculator to enter your underbust and overbust measurements. There is a step by step by step guide to finding your size.
I don't live in the UK, how does international shipping work?
International and European orders are generally delivered within 3-6 working days. Rest of the world orders should take 5-10 working days, however they can be subject to customs delays which we have no control over and can take up to a month. Garments are sent via Royal Mail "International Tracked & Signed" services. If your order is over the value of £500.00 it will be couriered via DHL. For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included. VAT is not charged on orders outside of the UK and Europe however prices will be the same to align with our international stockists and cover additional export costs.
How does the exchange and return process work?
At Fleur of England, we are dedicated to creating exquisite and perfect lingerie. Complete the returns form enclosed in your order and explain your reason for returning/exchanging your item.
Contact our head office on +44 (0)117 9244177 to discuss exchanges. Please note that with our returns policy, you must return within 14 days of receiving your items, and they must be unworn and in perfect condition.

How do you size your Babydoll and will they fit me?
Our babydolls are sized S, M and L. This makes them easy to buy as gifts. We advise that a small fits a 32A, 32B and a 30C cup and would be and 8-10 UK dress size. A medium fits 34 A/B and 32C and would be a 10-12 UK dress size. A Large is recommended for a 36 A/B and 34C and would be a 12-14 dress size. How does your Boudoir Bra sizing work and will they fit me?
Our boudoir bras are sized S, M and L. This makes them easy to buy as gifts and they look gorgeous with the bow ties briefs. Firstly check your spam / junk email folder. Sometimes the confirmation is here. However if you still can't find it please call us on +44 (0)117 9244177 and we can quickly and easily tell you if your order has gone through.
Will you be getting in any more sizes/new stock?
All of our styles are limited edition. However occasionally due to popular demand, we have new stock. If you size is unavailable please email firstname.lastname@example.org to see if your size will be restocked. Additionally we bring out 8 new lingerie collections per year, and 1 Resort, with many bestselling styles carrying through the seasons. Search by 'new' items to see these. Our signature items are continuous pieces that will always be restocked.
Can you send this with discreet packaging?
Yes, we offer a discreet packaging service. All orders are beautifully wrapped in tissue in a Fleur of England box. This is then sent in a plain white padded envelope. Please tick the discreet packaging box when checking out if you require discreet packaging.
I am buying a gift, where do I start?
Find out what size the gift receiver is, perhaps by looking in her lingerie drawer at her existing lingerie. Pieces such as Boudoir Bras, Robes and Babydolls are sized in S, M, L, or S/M, M/L and so are often easier pieces to gift. Additionally, all orders come with complimentary luxury gift wrapping. Items are wrapped in tissue paper, in a luxury Fleur of England box within a crisp white padded envelope.

Where is your lingerie manufactured?
All of our lingerie is manufactured in Europe, we work closely with the factory to ensure our designs are made to our high standards.
What is Resort By Fleur?
Resort by Fleur is our swimwear line that launched in 2016. Fleur has used her knowledge of lingerie fit to make beautiful swimwear that fits exquisetely.

How will i know what style bra will suit me?
We sell four different style of bra on our website - Boudoir, Balcony and Plunge. Many people choose one style that they prefer - and many people like more than one style! The key is that it fits perfectly and makes you feel confident.
The Boudoir Bra is a non-wired triangle bra. The thick elastic band underneath the cup is covered in silk and offers support and comfort. This bra stlye is made for smaller busts, as it offers no uplift or cleavage.
The Strapless Boudoir Bra is a non-wired strapless bra. The sides of the bra features boning for support and to help the bra keep its shape, whilst a thick silk covered elastic underband offers support and comfort. This bra style is suitable for smaller bust sizes as it doesn't offer uplift and won't create cleavage.
The Balcony bra is an non-padded underwired bra . The demi-cups give support and create a nice rounded bust shape. The cups sit lower on your bust than a full cup bra and have more of a horizontal line across the top. This is suited to women with a gap between their breasts to allow a wire to sit against the chest.
The Padded Plunge bra is an underwired bra which is lightly padded to give breasts gentle uplift and support. The plunge wire helps to give a good cleavage shape by pushing the bust together. The plunge wire sits low on the chest, so will sit well on a woman with more breast tissue in the centre.
How can I find the right fit for me?
Visit our fitting room and measure your bust - enter your measurements in our bra calculator and find your perfect fit. When shopping for briefs and thongs, you can choose from sizes XS (in selected styles), S, M, L and L+ (in selected styles). See each product for more size information.
How should I choose my suspender style, and do I need to buy stockings separately?
Our suspender or garter belts come in S, M and L. Your size will depend where you like to wear your suspender belt. If you wear it higher on your waist then go down a size, but if you prefer to wear it lower on your hips then we recommend going up a size. I am ordering a gift but i don't want it sent right away, can I delay it?

How do I care for my Fleur Of England lingerie?
All of Fleur of England lingerie should be hand washed only. The materials and fabrics we use are very delicate, and need to have the proper care to keep your lingerie looking beautiful. Watch our guide on how to care for your lingerie here.
I accidentally put my Fleur Of England lingerie in the washing machine, can I return it?
We do not accept returns of items that have not be cared for or washed as advised, so unfortunately we would not accept a return on any item put through the washing machine or tumble dryer.
My item is faulty, what should I do?
If your item is faulty in some way, please contact one of our lingerie advisors on email@example.com and we can arrange a replacement for you. All of our items are quality controlled multiple times before it leaves us, however if something does make it out of the door that isn't perfect, we will do everything we can to make sure it doesn't happen again.
How long do gift cards last?
All gift cards are valid for one year from date of purchase.
