Wholesale and Merchandising Manager. 

Based in the heart of Bristol, Luxury lingerie brand Fleur of England are looking for an experienced account manager/merchandiser with a passion for luxury products. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving our wholesale strategy in a digital world. Sales and marketing experience are essential with a passion for tech. You should be profit driven, very analytical of sales data and enjoy working on CMS systems and be able to streamline processes. We are looking for a candidate with experience who can bring their knowledge of sales and mechanising in order to grow the wholesale business and implement marketing and growth strategies in a virtual world. When it is safe this role does include international travel.

The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set with strong communication skills,  is competent in excel, confident in setting up new systems and has some photoshop shop and in-design experience.

Responsibilities Include:

  • All wholesale account management ensuring exquisite customer service to clients and partners on all communication channels to increase revenue and number of accounts.
  • Creating and implementing digital wholesale strategy in a digital world.
  • Management of entire seasonal order book ensuring deadlines and deliveries are met.
  • Organisation and attending all wholesale appointments/zoom calls/trade shows and virtual trade shows.
  • Creation of marketing material to support sales.
  • Working closely with the digital team to ensure initiatives and sale strategies are aligned to drive the best outcome for the business.
  • Inventory management between wholesale and e-comm.
  • Reporting on weekly/monthly/seasonal activities of sales and ensuring bestsellers never go out of stock.
  • Creation of all of Fleur of England’s e-comm and wholesale stock orders.
  • Creating and implementing all documentation needed for shipping wholesale orders.
  • Packing and overseeing all wholesale orders achieving a high standard of quality control.

Personal specification

We are looking for somebody with a passion for luxury products and exquisite account management, with a head for figures. You must be confident in sales presentations and enjoy talking to clients. If you have analytical mind but a creative eye this role is perfect for you.

The successful candidate will have a passion for tech and streamline business, as well as a good understanding of the digital marketing and sales world we are living in today.

Experience in merchandising, buying, marketing, sales and account management are a huge advantage. Attention to detail is essential, along with a strong work ethic and can do attitude. You must be willing to go the extra mile and driven to push our wholesale strategy as far as it can go.

 

    Internships

    As a student Fleur undertook many internships to get first hand experience in the work place, so she fully supports individuals starting out in their careers. Fleur of England is happy to offer short term internships in either design and production, or digital marketing, press and wholesale fulfilment, here in our Bristol office. We are quite flexible to suit studies/work and internships can be part time or full time for University students or graduates.

    Design/production - assist with: patterns, quality control, order fulfilment, etc.

    Digital/Press/Wholesale - assist with: social media marketing, press sample fulfilment, wholesale order fulfilment etc.
