UK Deliveries

* As an online business we are fortunate that for the moment we’re able - and are being encouraged - to continue operating in the most normal way we can. Our deliveries are managed through Royal Mail and DHL who are all also following the latest government guidance to keep everyone safe and well.

For customer orders, we offer two packaging options; 'Eco' and 'Luxury'.

Eco: Your garments are wrapped in tissue paper, sealed with a biodegrabable sticker and shipped in a Fleur of England envelope. This envelope is then placed inside a padded eco-envelope to protect it during shipping. This option is fully recyclable. 

Luxury: Your garments are wrapped in tissue paper, sealed with a biodegradable sticker and placed inside a luxury Fleur of England gift box. The box is made from sustainable sources and is designed to be kept and re-used. This is shipped in a padded eco-envelope for extra protection which is fully recyclable. 

Please select which packaging option you would like when selection your shipping option. All orders over £250 are packed in a luxury gift box as standard.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 DAYS from the date you received your order to return the items for refund or exchange, provided that the product is still in perfect condition, unworn  undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume and have all original tags attached. 

Please ensure all briefs are tried on over your own underwear. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of hosiery/stockings, due to hygiene reasons.

Orders placed before 1pm will be sent out the same day. Orders placed over weekends will be processed on Monday (with the exception of public bank holidays).

Items purchased from the sale page do not come in our usual luxury packaging, but instead come wrapped in our luxury tissue paper. Every order we send goes out in discreet packaging.

All standard deliveries made within mainland UK are sent via Royal Mail on a Tracked and Signed service so will require a signature. Express orders are sent via DHL, they will arrive the next working day and also require a signature.

International Deliveries

International orders are generally delivered within 3-6 working days, however can be subject to customs delay.

Garments are sent via Royal Mail "International Signed For" or with DHL express services. Please note that all shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. As we have no control over these and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please take care with unpacking and repacking. Please also ensure that briefs are tried on over your own lingerie – we will not accept returns on lingerie that has been worn or is returned in a soiled condition. E-vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. We recommend that you send by registered post and retain proof of postage.

Refunds and exchanges are made approximately one week after receipt of goods to allow for inspection. Customers who have paid by credit card will have their account credited. We will not make refunds to a third party. As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request. Replacement goods will be dispatched within seven working days. If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will contact you to offer an alternative.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of hosiery, due to hygiene reasons.
