Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our E-shop and add items you wish to buy to the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro and Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the internet.

When confirmation of an order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery Schedule

Fleur of England aims to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. If the matter is urgent or you require special requirements please email us at info@fleurofengland.com.

Back Orders, we do not operate a back ordering system.

Tax charges For orders made from the UK or EU, 17.5%VAT is included. All orders placed from outside the UK and Europe will have the VAT deducted.

Credit card security When the order is placed at our website, all credit card details are handled by our payment processing partner: SAGE PAY. You will be transferred to their secure site and credit card numbers will be encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any website.
